Our fees are contingent on the formal contract award. We absorb the cost of intelligence during the pursuit phase and get paid when you win.
This model forces the right behaviour. It makes us selective — we will not take on a pursuit we do not believe is winnable. Every recommendation is governed by conviction, not billable hours.
